Check-In
Here's how it works.

Arrive
Find our Fly Kids check-in kiosks located near our Guest Services desk. Look for the signs that say “KIDS CHECK-IN.”

Check In
Enter your child’s information. First-time families get a quick welcome from our Guest Services team, who will help you get set up.

Drop Off
Walk your child to their room and meet their leader. If your child needs you during service, we will display their code on the screens in our Sanctuary.

Pick Up
Use your matching security tag to pick up your child after the service. No tag, no child. Your kids’ safety is our priority.

Safety is our number one priority.
Background Checks
Every Fly Kids volunteer and staff member completes a thorough background check before working with children.
Secure Check-In
Every child gets a matching security code at check-in. Only the person with the matching code can pick your child up.
Trained Leaders
Our team is trained in child safety, allergy awareness, and first aid. Your child is in experienced hands.
